Constellium, a global leader in high-value-added aluminum products and solutions, needed a better way to manage its Capex portfolio across 25 plants worldwide. With 75 users relying on a cumbersome, macro-based Excel process for project aggregation, planning, reporting, and version control, the company struggled with flexibility, bugs, crashes, and slow quarterly updates. Nell'Armonia helped replace this home-made approach with Oracle Planning Cloud (PBCS).

Nell'Armonia implemented Oracle Planning Cloud to centralize and streamline Capex projects management with real-time data, drill-down/drill-up capabilities, and support for multiple dimensions such as entity, project, category, status, and phasing. The new solution improved speed and flexibility, enabled monthly reporting to the Capital Committee, simplified input/output through Smart View, and increased user adoption. It also proved especially valuable during COVID-19, allowing Constellium to quickly reassess deferred projects and establish a new 2020 baseline.
