Quadran, part of Groupe Direct Energie, develops and operates renewable energy projects in France and overseas territories. As its business required significant investment and cash management, the company was tracking treasury forecasts in Excel, disconnected from its reporting and budgeting process. Nell'Armonia, using Anaplan, helped Quadran address the need for a more automated and integrated treasury forecasting process.

Nell'Armonia implemented Anaplan in just two and a half months for Quadran’s five users, creating a 12- to 18-month treasury model and three linked models for Development, Construction, and Exploitation, all connected via a DataHub to treasury, reporting, and budgeting models. The result was more reliable forecasts, stronger credibility with stakeholders and lenders, time savings through automation, monthly forecast production, and better equity use.
