Vardhaman Credit Cooperative Society, a leading rural credit organization in India, wanted to modernize its operations and improve access to finance for members. The society was facing challenges with an outdated legacy system, high transaction turnaround times, non-standardized end-of-day processes, decentralized data, and regulatory compliance risks. It partnered with Nelito Systems Ltd. to implement FinCraft™ Door Step Banking.

Nelito Systems Ltd. implemented a door step banking solution across 12 branches in 10 weeks, including a native DSB app for tablets/mobiles and middleware for agents and branches, along with migration from the legacy system, payroll, share accounting, investment modules, and SMS integration. The results included 70 agents equipped with tablets, 100–150 pigmy collections per agent per day, around INR 50,000 collected per agent daily, 2-minute transaction processing, paperless receipts delivered via SMS, and better control and monitoring.
