Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF), the premier banking and finance education institute in India, needed an automated, comprehensive platform to eliminate functional pain points, outdated technology, and siloed processes across membership and examination operations. IIBF partnered with Nelito Systems Ltd. to replace its legacy environment with a more reliable, cost-effective enterprise system for managing the candidate life cycle.

Nelito Systems Ltd. implemented a Candidate Life Cycle Management Solution (CLMS) that modernized the stack from Oracle Forms/D2K and older Java technologies to Java 8, Struts 2.5, Hibernate, Jasper Reports, PostgreSQL, and Tomcat, while also migrating 165 GB of data and integrating external services like bulk email and an online exam engine. The result was a centralized, web-enabled system that simplified processes, improved MIS/CRM and decision-making, reduced operating costs, and enabled IIBF to handle more than 12 lakh exams across 270 exam centers annually.
