Nelito Systems develops ‘PMAY–CLSS’ Mobile Application for National Housing Bank (NHB)

National Housing Bank (NHB), the apex housing finance institution under the Reserve Bank of India, needed an Android-based mobile application and web portal to capture CLSS subsidy requests directly from end customers, check eligibility under PMAY, generate reference numbers, and connect borrowers with PLIs and banks for loan processing. NHB turned to Nelito Systems Ltd., leveraging its banking technology expertise to build the solution.

Nelito Systems Ltd. delivered the PMAY–CLSS mobile application and web portal using hybrid technology, with secure SSL-encrypted data transfer, captcha protection, MIS reporting, and open integration web services. The solution enabled customers to check eligibility, calculate subsidy, register, and track loan status, while also giving NHB and the Ministry real-time statistics and a 360-degree view of applications; it additionally created a common marketplace for HFCs and other PLIs, improving visibility and regulatory control.
