Mahatma Phule Backward Class Development Corporation Ltd. Nelito Systems Ltd. provided the solution through a loan scheme management and application platform.

Nelito Systems Ltd. implemented a cloud-based, web application on ASP.net with centralized data storage, hierarchy-based access, secure encrypted user data, and comprehensive MIS/dashboard reporting. The system was rolled out across 35 districts, supported English and local-language interfaces, and enabled online application, scrutiny, approval, disbursement, repayment, and recovery tracking. The result was a transparent, paper-light process with faster decision-making, easier fund utilization, and quicker access to district, regional, and state-level reports, while allowing new schemes and revised rates to be updated instantly online.
