Indian Overseas Bank implements Nelito Systems’ FinCraft™ Data Archival & Retrieval Solution

Indian Overseas Bank (IOB), a large public sector bank with a wide domestic and overseas footprint, needed a secure way to archive and retrieve data after migrating its core banking systems in Singapore, Hong Kong, Colombo, and Bangkok to a new CBS. To support access to legacy data and reports while keeping separate access for each foreign branch, IOB selected Nelito Systems Ltd. and its FinCraft™ Data Archival & Retrieval Solution (FinDART™).

Nelito Systems Ltd. implemented four database instances of FinDART™ for the overseas offices and deployed the solution at IOB’s Chennai data centre to support archiving from the bank’s existing CBS and other legacy systems. The result was robust archival support with seamless online access to historical data, keyword search, automation, user access control, regulatory compliance, and support for reporting and future extensibility.
