Govt. of Manipur selects Nelito as System Integrator for the implementation of the e-District project

The Department of Information Technology, Government of Manipur selected Nelito Systems Ltd. to implement its e-District project. The department needed a way to deliver citizen services more efficiently across 9 districts, including application development for State Data Centres, migration of legacy data to a single platform, readiness across 192 locations, and full automation of 35 B2C services, all while overcoming network gaps, inconsistent forms, coordination issues, language barriers, and non-digitized records.

Nelito Systems Ltd. served as the system integrator and delivered the solution by building and migrating applications, supporting backend computerization at the district and tehsil levels, leveraging SWAN, SDC, and SSDG infrastructure, and providing local-language training and handholding. The project improved service delivery through business process re-engineering, enabling easier access to government services, reducing citizen visits to offices, increasing transparency and accountability, and strengthening the Government of Manipur’s service delivery image.
