Nektar’s cloud platform, paired with QR-coded asset tags and mobile apps, automated inspections, maintenance logging, geo-location updates, parts ordering, and document handling. The solution gave Siemens and its partners real-time access to asset status and histories, improved coordination and reporting, and helped cut project costs by an estimated $5 million, including $42,000 per month in storage savings and about $400,000 in reduced paperwork costs.
