Utah Valley University (UVU), a public university of more than 26,000 students in Orem, UT, needed to replace 15-year-old CRT signage and build a campus-wide, commercial-free digital communication network that could be updated by authorized users and monitored remotely. UVU selected NEC Display Solutions to provide professional-grade hardware and touch integration capabilities to meet those requirements.

NEC Display Solutions supplied 14 46” NEC Multeos M46-AV full‑HD displays and worked with Scala and integration partners to deploy billboard, entertainment and interactive signage across high-traffic campus locations. The NEC solution delivered bright 1080p content with remote management and emergency‑broadcast capability, a content mix of 40% location‑specific and 60% campus‑wide messaging, and reliable, easy-to-manage digital signage serving UVU’s 26,000+ students.
