A NEC Display Solutions Case Study
Montérégie Tourism Center, the regional non‑profit promoting Quebec’s Montérégie, needed to transform a dated visitor center into an immersive, emotion-driven experience that would “wow” visitors and better showcase the region’s attractions. To accomplish this, they partnered with NEC Display Solutions and selected large-format and kiosk displays — including 52" NEC P521, 32" NEC V321 and 23" NEC AccuSync AS231WM panels — as the visual core of a multi‑zone, video-centric visitor center.
NEC Display Solutions provided and supported 23 screens integrated across eight themed zones and interactive touch kiosks, with features such as a built-in scheduler, thin-bezel P Series panels and commercial warranties; integrator Genesis Integration and content producer Arsenal Media completed the installation and content. The NEC-powered solution made finding information more convenient, attracted a few thousand visitors per month (with a projected increase to ~100,000/year once nearby construction finished), impressed officials at the grand opening, and led to plans to add 15 more NEC displays to drive additional traffic.
