NEC Digital Projectors Engage Congregation at St. Joseph Catholic Church

St. Joseph Catholic Church in Conway, Arkansas, a parish that welcomes more than 2,000 members to Mass each week, faced difficulty with parishioners seeing and reading text during services because old overhead projectors produced washed‑out images under the sanctuary lights. To improve visibility and better engage a relatively young congregation, St. Joseph turned to NEC Display Solutions, which provided two 7,500‑lumen PX750U projectors with NP21ZL zoom lenses and a 55" V552 display.

NEC Display Solutions installed the PX750U projectors tied to high‑definition cameras and a technician‑controlled system so hymn lyrics, live video, and multimedia play back sharply across the sanctuary and an overflow room via the V552. The higher‑brightness, high‑resolution installation made words and images easy to read for all ages, helped the congregation remain engaged and face forward during services, and provided a reliable, commercial‑grade solution built for extended use and future expansion.
