Merced Union High School District faced widespread projector failures across seven campuses and needed to replace aging units with a standardized, durable solution that would support a one-to-web learning environment. After a vendor fair, the district selected NEC Display Solutions’ NP-M323W projector to meet requirements for brightness, dust-resistant operation (no filter), compatibility with existing mounts, and enterprise-class service.

NEC Display Solutions supplied NP-M323W DLP projectors and the district purchased and deployed 550 units, completing installations across its seven comprehensive sites. The new NEC projectors delivered clearer, brighter images, easier mounting and maintenance (about eight minutes to swap units), stronger onboard audio for distance learning, and high teacher satisfaction — measurably standardizing AV across the district and reducing upkeep and downtime.
