The Los Angeles Police Department’s Real-Time Analysis and Critical Response (RACR) division needed a dependable, high-resolution display solution for a new Emergency Operations Center to support 24/7 situational awareness, team collaboration and to replace space- and maintenance-heavy rear‑projection systems. Spectrum designed and deployed a hybrid, failsafe system built around NEC Display Solutions hardware: 28 X461UNs arranged as a 7x4 TileMatrix video wall, 40” LCD4020-AVT displays at team pods and three ceiling‑mounted 46” P461 decision monitors.
