Pechanga Resort Casino, the largest casino floor in California, needed to replace archaic static backlit signs that were time-consuming to change and sometimes showed outdated information. After experiencing panel failures with a prior supplier, Pechanga selected NEC Display Solutions to provide a robust digital signage and projection system to deliver real-time content and improve guest satisfaction.

NEC Display Solutions deployed 155 P‑series flat‑panel displays (including P402, P463, P702, P804, P553 and X981UHD‑2 models) and 17 NEC projectors (including a PA653UL laser, PX700W and 15 NP‑PA803U units), plus 40 P404 cabana displays and additional NP‑PA803U projectors in meeting rooms during the resort expansion. The NEC installation delivered consistent, up‑to‑date messaging across gaming floors, bars, bingo and resort areas, increased uptime and durability for 24/7 operation, and measurably improved guest satisfaction while supporting Pechanga’s ongoing expansion.
