Bobby Rahal BMW drives sales and customer interface with NEC digital signage

Bobby Rahal Automotive Group wanted to modernize its Bobby Rahal BMW of South Hills showroom to attract and engage customers in high-traffic areas by featuring events, dealer announcements and sales specials. The dealership sought commercial-grade panels, concealed cable mounts and sound-capable displays; NEC Display Solutions was chosen to supply the digital signage hardware and software, including 32" and 42" NEC MultiSync 15 Series LCDs, 46" M46-2-AVT displays and NP905 projectors.

NEC Display Solutions installed seven MultiSync displays, two 46" M46-2-AVT screens and two NP905 projectors across parts, loaner desks, lounges and conference rooms, running content from Exhibio on a standalone server to target individual screens or broadcast to all. The deployment boosted staff–customer interaction, increased visibility of service specials, was featured to more than 700 attendees at the new-location grand opening, drew strong positive feedback, and prompted consideration of additional NEC rollouts across other Bobby Rahal dealerships.
