The platform's success with South Tyneside Council allowed Nebula Labs to scale it into a multi-tenant SaaS product, successfully onboarding other councils like Norfolk County Council. The solution was so effective that it spun out into its own dedicated business, Virtual Memory Box Limited, ensuring its impact continues to grow.
