Kotak, a leading bank in India, wanted to keep customers engaged by building a platform of personalized deals that would encourage purchases via Kotak payments and boost active customer numbers. Nearly worked with Kotak to design the Kotak Offers website and mobile app, using Nearly’s platform for location-based services, payment integration, and targeted marketing tools.
Nearly implemented location-aware deal discovery, integrated debit/credit/netbanking payments, and provided push, in‑app and email campaign capabilities plus analytics to segment offers by category. As a result, Kotak saw a 4.5X increase in returning customers and broader engagement across its network of 1,600 branches and 25 million users, driven by better personalization and measurable conversion insights from Nearly.
