Icons makes 3X faster deliveries and revamps in-store experience with Nearly

Icons Coffee Couture, a UAE-based coffee shop chain with 25+ outlets across 8 countries and 350+ delivery executives, needed a seamless way to manage both in-store and online orders and deliver beverages faster from the nearest store. To meet these goals they partnered with Nearly, using the Nearly platform alongside MoveX (Nearly’s delivery management solution) and a bespoke all-in-one in-store app.

Nearly implemented location-based ordering on web and mobile, integrated MoveX for automated dispatch and nearest-executive matching, and provided route navigation, real-time tracking, in-app chat/call and rating features. Nearly’s in-store app enabled table ordering and waiter-assisted orders, and the admin analytics dashboard gave Icons visibility into orders, cancellations and revenue. The result: Icons achieved 3X faster deliveries, a revamped in-store experience, improved customer satisfaction and the operational insights to launch their online store and scale growth.
