Northgate Market, a family-owned Hispanic supermarket chain, needed to quickly implement an online ordering and curbside pickup service for its customers. They sought a solution that could be managed in-house by their own employees and did not require customers to pay for premium delivery service memberships. To meet this challenge, they partnered with vendor NCR Voyix.

NCR Voyix implemented its NCR Voyix Freshop online shopping service, which enabled a new curbside pickup program called Pronto! Curbside. The platform supports bilingual ordering and provides the client with flexible management tools. As a result, Northgate Market saw online sales grow steadily, with over 50% of customers being repeat shoppers and an order fill rate exceeding 90%. NCR Voyix helped the grocer provide a fast, convenient, and safe pickup experience for its customers.
