BancorpSouth, a rapidly growing $18 billion community bank with roughly 280 locations in Tupelo, Mississippi, needed to centralize thousands of decentralized vendor relationships and improve tracking of regulatory and audit findings. To address this, the bank partnered with Ncontracts and implemented Nvendor (and later Nfindings) to bring contract management, documentation, reminders, monitoring, and findings tracking under one program.

Ncontracts delivered a combined software-and-services solution—Nvendor for vendor due diligence, monitoring and automated reminders, plus Nfindings for findings tracking—that collected bank‑specific documents, produced executive summaries, and automated notifications. The result: greater visibility into vendor usage, proactive renewals and negotiated terms, elimination of redundant vendors, prevention of unwanted auto‑renewals, and time and cost savings (avoiding roughly two additional hires), while improving audit/regulatory tracking and team productivity.
