Citizens National Bank, N.A., a community bank serving North and South Louisiana, had outgrown its home‑built intranet: it was only a document repository with no search or categorization and made company‑wide communication cumbersome (employees couldn’t email all staff). To digitize operations and improve internal communications, Citizens National Bank selected Ncontracts and implemented a modern intranet solution, launching a portal called Base Camp.
