Storm Group Selects NComputing and ITX for new Call Center

Storm Group, a Danish marketing firm that expanded into telemarketing, needed to build a dedicated call center while replacing outdated PCs with a cost-effective, low-energy, reliable, and easy-to-maintain IT solution that matched their centralized telephony and browser-based workflows.

Working with Danish partner ITX, they deployed 22 NComputing L300 access devices and a single host server running vSpace virtualization. The rollout delivered significant acquisition and power savings (about 5 watts per unit), a quieter, cooler and neater workspace, simpler maintenance and fast user adoption — enabling immediate savings and plans to expand the solution across more departments.
