Millbrook uses nCode GlyphWorks to deliver unrivalled vehicle test service

Millbrook, an independent engineering test and development facility in Bedfordshire, UK, needed to improve the quality of its test results while reducing program costs and timelines, and extending the capabilities of its vehicle test center. To address this, it turned to nCode GlyphWorks, including GPS Processing and Optimized Testing, to support new approaches for vehicle testing and proving ground analysis.

Using nCode GlyphWorks, Millbrook automated the calculation of vehicle performance metrics from GPS and CAN bus data, correlated braking events with location data, and optimized test cycles to better match real-world usage. The result was safer, more repeatable, and more accurate testing, with some tests reduced from two to three weeks to about one-third of the time, while enabling Millbrook to offer a more distinctive and unmatched vehicle test service to its customers.
