Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group, an aerospace and defense company, needed to calibrate and validate thousands of channels from extensive ground and flight tests, including a major A400M engine flying test bed program. To handle the huge volume of complex flight test data quickly enough to meet delivery deadlines, the company used nCode GlyphWorks for signal processing, data review, and conversion into engineering units.

With nCode GlyphWorks, Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group was able to process 3,230 analog and digital channels, each test hour generating about 20 gigabytes of data, and release validated results to partners within 24 hours. nCode’s software and engineering support helped automate calibration workflows, simplify bitwise calculations and PCAP imports, and present the data in a clear, usable format, improving speed, consistency, and confidence in the results.
