On Tap Credit Union (formerly Coors Credit Union) is a Golden, CO–based credit union with about $269M in assets serving nearly 20,000 members. Before adopting nCino, On Tap’s reporting and portfolio analysis relied on manual spreadsheets and static accounting extracts, making it time-consuming to get dynamic, actionable insights.

On Tap implemented nCino’s Portfolio Analytics to automate reporting, provide a 360° member view, integrate loan and credit-bureau analytics, and support ALLL/CECL analysis with customizable dashboards. The results: faster, data-driven decisions with less rekeying and substantial operational gains — a 67% increase in loans booked (2016–2018), a 70% reduction in approval time, and a 31% faster qualified-to-booked cycle.
