Recognise is a newly launched London-based bank focused on serving an underserved but growing SME segment with a relationship-led, digitally enabled proposition. As a greenfield bank without legacy systems, it needed scalable, flexible software to streamline SME banking processes and improve the customer experience.

In November 2020 Recognise went live on nCino’s Commercial Banking Solution; the single, cloud-based platform helped the bank build stronger client relationships and significantly sped up the loan process, delivering faster credit decisions and access to funds.
