Centrale Kredietverlening (CKV) is an independent, family‑owned Belgian bank (assets €932M) that specialises in mortgage‑guaranteed loans for private and professional clients. CKV needed to replace a 25‑year legacy loan origination system and modernise lending and account opening to gain a 360° client view, improve employee productivity and enable digital interactions with brokers.

CKV implemented the nCino Bank Operating System on Salesforce (commercial loan origination went live in May 2020), formed a cross‑functional delivery and change‑management team, and integrated nCino with external applications and a new core banking back end. The result is faster, more transparent loan processing with online broker access, better visibility into bottlenecks, and a more agile, personalised client experience — giving the bank confidence to expand nCino features and realise long‑term ROI.
