NCC Group implemented a mix of single‑ and multi‑licensee agreements, holding agreements and bespoke technical solutions, supported by an NCC Group Account Manager and in‑house legal and technical teams. The partnership—now over 20 years—has resulted in 41 live agreements overseen by NCC Group, more than 20 multi‑licensee agreements put in place, successful Entry Level Verification exercises, and demonstrable improvements in risk mitigation, longevity and business continuity for Civica and its customers.
