Storyful is a social content agency that helps partners discover and distribute engaging video content, from brands like AT&T to The Wall Street Journal. To improve how its posts were packaged for Facebook and increase audience engagement, Storyful turned to Naytev’s video post optimization and content presentation testing platform.
Using Naytev, Storyful tested multiple video post variations through “dark testing” to find the best-performing combination of image and text. The result was stronger distribution and engagement, including up to 155% higher view rates, up to 58% longer view times, and as much as 60% distribution cost savings, with average gains of 46% higher view rate, 17% longer view time, and 47% cost savings.
