Virginia Land Title Association (VTLA) partnered with Naylor Association Solutions after seeing membership decline sharply in 2013 and 2014. VTLA found its membership value proposition was weak and its online presence was outdated, so it needed to improve member engagement quickly. Naylor, working with Blue Sky eLearn, provided an LMS to support VTLA’s online learning efforts.

Naylor Association Solutions helped VTLA refresh its website, launch a learning portal, and repackage membership into an all-inclusive model that included access to online courses and other member benefits. VTLA also converted its educational content into approved online courses and moved a required title insurance class online. As a result, membership doubled in 10 months, membership revenue rose 34%, and combined membership and education revenue increased 45%.
