Security Provider Meets Demand for Its Security Service with Navisite AWS Migration, DevOps and Cloud Optimization
Advanced Cyber Security (ACS), maker of EndpointLock™ endpoint‑security software, faced a sudden surge in demand after a new partnership with a Fortune 500 payments company. Their on‑premises Windows infrastructure couldn’t scale to meet hundreds of thousands of new users, so ACS engaged Navisite to design a modern, cloud‑ready environment on AWS.
Navisite migrated ACS to AWS, built development/staging/production environments, and implemented a Terraform-driven CI/CD pipeline. They refactored the database from SQL Server/RDS to Amazon Aurora MySQL and moved the app to .NET Core containers on Amazon ECS, while applying ongoing cloud cost optimization. The result: eliminated Windows licensing fees, automated fast, repeatable deployments, reduced costs, and the ability to scale horizontally and vertically to support rapid growth into new markets.
