Clinigen Limited is a global pharmaceutical services company that uses Oracle E-Business Suite to run its supply chain and Clinigen Direct patient-access portal. Pursuing a cloud-first strategy on AWS, Clinigen needed a scalable, low-risk migration and ongoing management approach for its complex Oracle environment and struggled with a manual environment refresh process that took three business days, causing downtime and delayed development cycles.

Navisite migrated and now manages Clinigen’s Oracle EBS and BI stack on AWS, providing continuous optimization and FinOps as well as automating environment cloning with DevOps practices using AWS Batch and Fargate (Docker) for serverless release management. The automation cut refresh times from three-plus days to about 18 hours, accelerated releases, reduced cost and risk, and freed Clinigen’s IT team to focus on business-facing projects.
