Navisite Helps LSCC Improve Patient Care Reporting with Modern Data Warehouse and Analytics Capabilities

Lone Star Circle of Care (LSCC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center in central Texas with 26 locations serving nearly 100,000 patients annually. LSCC depended on clinical data from its EHR for critical Uniform Data System submissions and biweekly provider scorecards, but a legacy data warehouse made extraction slow, error-prone and manual—requiring an analyst to compile reports in Excel and leaving clinicians without timely visibility or the institutional knowledge to maintain the system.

Navisite built a modern Microsoft SQL Server data warehouse using Azure DevOps and delivered Power BI dashboards, enabling daily data updates, 24x7 clinician access and standardized query code for improved integrity. The new solution eliminated the recurring manual reporting burden, accelerated analytics and development with a sandbox environment and agile sprints, and gave LSCC faster, more accurate insights to improve patient care and operational decision-making.
