MediaZilla builds a continuous integration and delivery pipeline with the help of Privo, a Navisite company

MediaZilla is an online media platform that lets users create professional, interactive video menus and export projects to DVD, Blu-ray, USB and online formats. As the platform grew, managing IT infrastructure became a distraction for its development team, and the company needed better security and resilience while maintaining rapid feature delivery.

Navisite implemented a CI/CD pipeline using GitHub, CodeDeploy and CodePipeline, added centralized authentication with IAM AssumeRole for secure, granular access, and used Auto Scaling across multiple Availability Zones to improve resilience. The automation removed deployment friction, enabling frequent small updates and accelerating MediaZilla’s pace of innovation while providing stronger security and fault tolerance.
