Red Roof Inn, a nationwide lodging franchise with 345 properties and roughly 3,600 employees, faced a mandate to spin off its IT infrastructure and stand up independent IT operations within one year. Red Roof partnered with Navisite to host its website, Ready Stay PMS and Oracle E‑Business Suite and to provide managed hosting, virtualization, 24/7 helpdesk and network support. With Navisite’s services they completed the transition on schedule, shifted from CapEx to an OpEx model, achieved seamless updates and zero downtime, and strengthened a 12‑person IT team—delivering scalable, reliable infrastructure that supports ongoing growth.
