Aqua Finance Consumer Financing Provider Turns to Navisite to Go Cloud-Native

Aqua Finance, a consumer-financing provider serving more than 5,000 dealers across industries like water treatment, home improvement and HVAC, was rapidly outgrowing an inflexible hosting arrangement. The highly regulated company — subject to CFPB, GLBA and 50-state revenue requirements — doubled in size in five years, added hundreds of employees, and faced capacity, compliance and cloud-security gaps that put its $2B business and its web-based dealer portal (supporting 80% of transactions) at risk.

Navisite developed a multi-phased, three-year cloud-native roadmap on Microsoft Azure, beginning with a cloud readiness assessment, migrating infrastructure to IaaS and incrementally shifting services to PaaS, while building a native Azure data warehouse/BI for 17 TB of financial data.
