The Osthoff Resort faced chronically low repeat stays as summer approached because the property did not release next-year summer rates until the holiday season, leaving only six months to re-engage past guests. To address this timing and conversion gap, The Osthoff Resort partnered with Navis (Navis Professional Services) using Navis Reach (LifeCycle automated emails), Narrowcast, and ProServices CRM strategists.
Navis implemented an integrated program of two targeted booking-reminder emails (segmented by preferred travel dates) combined with outbound calling to wait-listed guests and those who opened emails, plus a second-message incentive and follow-up calls. The campaign drove $227,278 in pre-bookings for the 2016 summer season and produced the resort’s busiest December and January call-center volumes to date, demonstrating clear lift from Navis’s Reach, Narrowcast and ProServices solution.
