The resort lacked accurate forecasting and cross‑department alignment, was driving short‑term volume via Groupon and TravelZoo, and entered summer down roughly 1,500 room nights and about $500,000 in revenue.
Navis implemented revenue‑management meetings, dynamic unit‑type pricing, forecasting, a streamlined PMS/rate structure, marketing/reservations alignment and weekly RM consulting using Narrowcast and nightly demand reports. The Navis program produced three record months, $464,000 incremental revenue, an STR RevPAR Index of 122%, RevPAR increases of 8–45% year‑over‑year and ADR up 7% (+$15).
