The customer faced challenges finding goods and equipment across a large warehouse, lacked a location system and digital map, had no emergency notification process, and needed better staff performance. The project used indoor tracking with Bluetooth beacons.

Navigine and MOKOSmart implemented a warehouse tracking platform with BLE gateways and beacons attached to staff wearables, shelves, pallets, and vehicles. The system provided real-time asset and transport tracking, digital maps, route guidance, daily reports, and emergency alerts for dangerous zones. As a result, warehouse staff found items and transport faster, improving performance by 5%, while analytics helped optimize space and safety notifications reduced the impact of industrial accidents.
