How Safe2Tell Colorado Strengthens School Safety Statewide

Safe2Tell Colorado, a statewide school safety initiative, needed a powerful and reliable anonymous reporting solution to serve its network of over 2,600 schools and nearly 883,000 students. Their challenge was to provide a confidential channel for students and the community to report threats, bullying, and mental health concerns, fostering a proactive culture of safety and shared responsibility across Colorado.

Navigate360 implemented its Anonymous Reporting System (also known as P3) to serve as the program's technological backbone. The solution provided an extremely reliable platform for submitting reports, which triggered real-time notifications to ensure swift, coordinated responses from school officials and law enforcement. This partnership yielded significant results: in one school year, the program received 30,461 reports with a 96.9% validity rate and achieved an average response time of just 2.2 minutes, successfully preventing crises and identifying risks early to save lives.
