Real Life Ministries - Customer Case Study

Real Life Ministries, a network of churches in Idaho, was confronted with the growing threat of active shooter violence. The leadership sought to move beyond traditional, passive lockdown procedures to a more robust and proactive security solution. To address this challenge, they partnered with Navigate360 to implement its ALICE Active Shooter Response Training.

The solution from Navigate360 provided a blended learning program of online and in-person instruction, empowering staff and volunteers with a multi-option response strategy (Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate). This training was put to the ultimate test on Christmas Eve in 2020 when an armed assailant entered the church. Using their ALICE protocols, the congregation successfully subdued the individual, preventing tragedy and saving lives. As a direct result of working with Navigate360, Real Life Ministries has fostered a lasting culture of preparedness, annually training 175 people and providing them with life-saving confidence.
