Navigate360's PBIS Rewards platform served as the engine for a new schoolwide initiative built on the F.O.X.E.S. acronym. The solution included digital points (FOX Funds), daily SEL check-ins, and hall pass tracking. The results were significant, including zero fights on campus and a 30% reduction in office referrals.
