The YMCA of Delaware, committed to community service and safety, wanted to formalize its ethics and compliance practices to reinforce transparency and trust. Although not legally required, the organization sought an anonymous reporting mechanism to promote open communication and reassure board members, vendors, funders and the wider Y community.
The YMCA implemented NAVEX Global’s hotline and case management system, working with implementation services to train staff and inform stakeholders. The anonymous two‑way feedback loop (reporters use a unique key/password) enabled follow-up in more than 80% of cases, improving response speed and resolution consistency while boosting stakeholder confidence, oversight and transparency.
