Texas A&M University System Integrates Scattered Lines of Communication with NAVEX Global

The Texas A&M University System, a large network of 11 universities, eight state agencies and a health science center, needed to centralize ethics and safety reporting. Multiple, siloed hotlines (security, student safety, research, HR, finance, etc.) were managed by individual institutions, preventing a system‑wide view of risks and hindering consistent intake, tracking and analysis.

With NAVEX’s EthicsPoint incident management, the system implemented a centralized, customized reporting platform that gives each institution its own reporting page and triggers automated notifications to the appropriate reviewers. Consolidating reports into a single database improved oversight, consistency and case histories, enabled trend analysis across the system, and increased confidence that issues are documented and resolved.
