Qiddiya Investment Company: Educating Employees on Conduct & Ethics

Qiddiya Investment Company, a Riyadh-based leisure and entertainment developer owned by the Saudi Public Investment Fund, needed a way to deliver essential conduct and ethics training to 500+ employees in 2020. The challenge was to provide online, role-tailored training with built-in tracking and management information to prompt completions, measure and audit rates, and support the company’s compliance and internal audit objectives.

Qiddiya deployed NAVEXEngage Ethics & Code of Conduct online training (340 licenses), available in Arabic and English and offering video, voice, and text formats with integrated reporting. Employees reported strong engagement and increased risk awareness; the program helps Qiddiya meet local legal requirements, is continuously updated and legally vetted, and provides documented evidence of preventative compliance measures for regulators.
