Pratt Regional Medical Center (PRMC), a nonprofit community hospital system in Pratt, Kansas with about 400 employees, faced a fragmented policy environment: more than 2,000 policies stored in departmental folders across shared drives, inconsistent naming and hard-to-find documents, and a “cluttery” review process that made timely renewals, approvals and enterprise-wide consistency unmanageable.
