San Juan Regional Medical Center (SJRMC), a 240‑bed health system serving seven facilities across the Four Corners region, struggled with slow, fragmented policy management—many policies were stored in typewritten format, lacked reminders and structured review, and routinely took six months to a year to get approved. The hospital needed a centralized, accountable process to speed policy creation, review and distribution.

The centralized system with predefined reviewers and approvers made it easy to spot stalled documents, improved accessibility and updates, and cut average policy production time to about 90 days—delivering clear organization, faster approvals and a rapid return on investment.
