Cummins, a global power leader with about 46,000 employees serving customers in roughly 190 countries, needed a reliable, consistent way to reinforce its long-standing ethical culture across hundreds of locations. As the company outgrew its previous vendor, Cummins sought a comprehensive reporting and case-management system to support its Code of Conduct and ensure uniform communication and investigation processes worldwide.
Cummins implemented NAVEX’s EthicsPoint incident management, configured with NAVEX implementation services, to centralize intake, route cases to Master Investigators, and enable cross‑department collaboration. The new system cut analysis time from about three days to four hours, increased reporter self-identification from 50% to 75%, and delivered consistent procedures, better enterprise insight and higher employee confidence in the ethics program.
