Kingspan, a global building products and manufacturing company with 20,000 employees, faced the challenge of embedding an engaging and easy-to-use speak-up program across its different business units and global presence. The goal was to ensure workers felt they could express concerns openly and without retaliation. To achieve this, Kingspan partnered with vendor NAVEX to implement a solution.
NAVEX rolled out its EthicsPoint Hotline and Incident Management solution across Kingspan's international operations. This included providing English and local language hotlines and centralizing all reports into one database. Essential communication and training connected the program to the company's code of conduct. Working with NAVEX enabled Kingspan to continually raise awareness of its internal reporting resources and hotline for all employees, effectively supporting its global speak-up program.
